How to Get a Good Night's Sleep During a Heatwave

Across the nation, people are struggling to sleep as skyrocketing temperatures continue to hit new highs. About 70 million Americans already suffer from chronic sleep problems and the heat is exacerbating those issues. Certified sleep consultant Jenni June has some tips on getting a good night's sleep during a heatwave. She suggests eating light meals before heading to bed, keeping window blinds closed all day and keeping your bedroom doors open in the daytime so that air can circulate.
