Newly released footage reportedly shows Britney Spears struggling through a field sobriety test during the traffic stop that lead to her DUI arrest!
According to Page Six, the report says multiple drivers called 911 after allegedly seeing Britney swerving through traffic and driving erratically in Ventura County, CA.
They note that police claimed they smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle after pulling her over, while Britney reportedly told officers she’d had “one mimosa” earlier in the day. But then went on to brag about her tolerance level saying, "I could probably drink four bottles of wine and take care of you. I’m an angel."
Page Six reports that Britney also allegedly told police she had taken prescription drugs, including Lamictal, Prozac and Adderall.
They also note that officers found an empty wine glass inside the car during the stop.
Page Six notes Britney later accepted a plea deal tied to a reduced “wet reckless” charge and was sentenced to informal probation plus an alcohol education program.
