Alex Cooper’s husband is at the center of some serious controversy right now!
According to Page Six, a TikTok user who interviewed at their company claims the experience with Matt Kaplan was super uncomfortable from the start.
They write that the user says he allegedly judged her appearance and asked inappropriate personal questions during the interview. According to her, the conversation took a turn when he allegedly spoke negatively about employees, calling them lazy and privileged.
Page Six also repots that the Tiktoker described the whole interaction as demeaning and unprofessional, saying it didn’t match the brand’s public image. The situation left her feeling upset enough to report it... but she claims she never heard back from HR. This comes alongside other reports alleging a toxic work environment tied to Kaplan’s management style, So far, neither Cooper nor Kaplan has publicly responded to the claims.
