Meghan Trainor just canceled her Get In Girl tour, and it’s all about priorities.
According to US Weekly, she said juggling a new album, a full tour, and a newborn just became too much. In her words, she needs to be “home and present” for her family right now.
US reports that she said it WAS a tough call, but “the right decision.” But, they note that Meghan also reassured fans she’ll be back, she’s just hitting pause for now!
US writes that She also opened up about her marriage, saying things got strained with three young kids. Meghan shared she’s been in “heavy therapy” and even did marriage counseling while making the album. She said the small, constant disagreements made them realize they were “living in full different realities.” Now though? Totally different story... she says they’re stronger than ever!
Her new album "Toy With Me" will be out April 24!
