Olivia Rodrigo is lowkey teasing album #3... and it’s emotional.
According to British Vogue, she sat down for a new interview where she revealed it’s full of “sad love songs,” inspired by love’s highs, lows, and everything in between.
She said, "I feel like the album is very varied. I really wanted to figure out how to write about joy on this album. And, as a creative project, and also because I was living a lot of joy in my life, I wanted to understand how to inject that into the songs I was making. I'm very proud and I hope everyone likes it."
They note that Olivia said writing while happy is actually hard… ya know, you’re not overthinking lyrics when life is good.
British Vogue reports that she even teased a track inspired by Miranda and Steve from Sex and the City (which… is kinda everything). No release date yet but fans are SO excited!
