Kim Kardashian's Personal Trainer Shares At-Home Workout You Can Do!

Kim Kardashian's personal trainer, Senada Greca, shared a quick workout you can do at home!

According to Business Insider, this is the workout:

5-Minute Full-Body Workout

Perform each move for 45 seconds, rest 15 seconds, and repeat the circuit for five rounds:

  • Squats – Lower your hips from standing position with knees bent, keeping your torso upright and core tight to work legs and glutes.
  • Lunges – Step forward into a lunge, bending both knees toward 90°, then push back to standing; alternate legs to challenge lower-body and balance.
  • Hip Thrusts – From your back with feet flat, lift hips toward the ceiling through your heels, squeezing glutes at the top to target posterior muscles.
  • "Superwomans" – Lie face-down and lift your chest and legs off the ground using back and core strength for a posterior chain activation.
  • Plank Hold – Maintain a straight line from head to heels in a forearm or full plank, engaging abs, shoulders, and legs for core stability.

She says you can also increase intensity by adding light weights if you want more challenge.
