Tate McRae just graced the cover of Rolling Stone and not only did she look drop dead gorgeous…. but she also chatted about her breakup with The Kid Laroi!
According to People, she said the public obsession with her relationship was "really scary and overwhelming" especially because "people think they know everything” when they actually don’t."
They note she also went on to say it was tough watching strangers dissect the breakup and the music that came after... fans analyzed everything from her track "TIT FOR TAT" to his song "A COLD PLAY."
People notes that Tate admitted it rattled her how much people cared, saying, "It’s scary how invested people get in something so personal."
Even so, she’s accepted that songwriting is fair game, adding that once the music is out, "it belongs to everyone."
