Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau have been spotted in Japan... not for her concert, but on a diplomatic visit!

According to People, the couple met with Fumio Kishida, the former Japanese Prime Minister, and his wife.

They note this is Katy’s first time making a public "political-style" appearance with Trudeau.
