It's another Diddy trial recap!
Here’s where we’re at:
According to NBC News, he was found guilty of 2 of the 5 charges that we against him.
They note he was acquitted of the racketeering and sex trafficking charges but he was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
NBC reports that Diddy was denied bail so he will stay in prison until his sentencing which will take place October 3rd, though it is possible that date gets moved up.
They also note prosecutors are saying that they’re seeking a 4 to 5 year prison sentence, but his team is pushing for 2 years maximum.
NBC writes that even though he was found guilty of some charges, people are considering this a win for him since he was acquitted of his REALLY serious charges.
