Yesterday was Day 2 of Diddy deliberations and they have made progress!
According to CNN, at the end of the day yesterday, the jury sent a note to the judge letting him know that they have reached a verdict on four of the five counts against him.
They note that the count that the jury is undecided over is count 1, racketeering conspiracy.
CNN repots that this is the charge that could land him life in prison if convicted and given the maximum sentence.
The judge did respond to the note telling the jury to keep deliberating and they will get back at it today.
