Kelly Clarkson is about to sleep a little better at night knowing that her stalker could be facing time behind bars.
TMZ reports that the Clarkson's stalker, Huguette Nicole Young, has officially been charged with stalking, violating a protective order and trespassing.
TMZ notes that Young plead not guilty and bail was set at $26,000.
TMZ also reports her stalker has been caught outside her home multiple times despite restraining orders, and always at 8:59pm. They also mention that Young has been after Clarkson for over 10 years as she's shown up to Clarkson's house in Nashville before moving to LA.
