Drake and Kevin Durant teamed up for a hilarious new Nike commercial promoting Durant’s upcoming KD19 sneaker!
According to Billboard, in the ad, Kevin shows Drake a series of wild sneaker concepts, while Drake enthusiastically hypes up every single pair.
They note that one of the fake designs included cowboy boot-inspired basketball shoes, which Drake joked looked like they belonged “on the range.”
Billboard also reports that Kevin Durant eventually questioned whether Drake was being a real friend or just acting like a “yes man” the entire time.
The commercial ends with the reveal of the actual KD19 sneaker and the tagline: “Everyone needs a yes man.”
They note that Drake later posted the campaign online with the caption, “Normalize glazing the bros.”
