According to Page Six, the “Call Her Daddy” host announced the news with maternity photos featuring Matt and her baby bump!
They note that Alex made the announcement on Instagram with the captiont, "Our family 🤍."
Page Six reports that Alex revealed she kept the pregnancy private for months before sharing the surprise news publicly.
