Selena Gomez is officially parting ways with her Los Angeles home!
According to the New York Post, the singer and actress just listed her Encino mansion for $6.49 million.
They note that the Selena originally purchased the property in 2020 for $4.9 million. The home has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a gym, wine cellar, glam room, recording booth, pool and spa.
The New York Post also reports that the home comes with some serious rock history because it was previously owned by Tom Petty!
Outside, they write that the property features a waterfall, stream, fire pit, cabana and lush landscaping designed for privacy. 🌴
The listing comes after Selena and Benny Blanco reportedly moved into a new Beverly Hills home together.
