Hailey Bieber opened up about a scary health condition she had before getting pregnant with her son!
Page Six reports that on the SHE MD podcast, she revealed doctors had diagnosed her with a uterine septum, a congenital condition where a thin wall divides the uterus.
They note that the condition can increase pregnancy complications, including a 25–40% risk of miscarriage and a 10–20% chance of preterm birth, according to her OB-GYN.
Page Six writes that Hailey said her pregnancy was actually a surprise, and doctors had previously warned the condition could potentially cause issues.
They say that despite the risks, everything progressed well and she ultimately welcomed her son Jack Blues with husband Justin Bieber
