Justin Timberlake is suing the Village of Sag Harbor over the potential release of footage tied to his 2024 DWI arrest.

According to Page Six, court docs say that Justin is trying to block the public release of police body-cam video from the incident.

They note that his legal team argues that making the footage public would violate his privacy and cause damage to his reputation.

Page Six notes that the lawsuit reportedly calls the release of the video unnecessary and invasive.

They report that this move comes after media outlets requested access to the footage under public records laws.
