A$AP Rocky understood the assignment! He pulled off a full surprise 38th birthday party for Rihanna.
According to Page Six, the celebration went down at her favorite Santa Monica spot, Giorgio Baldi, where she walked in to balloons, flowers and a total birthday vibe.
They note that RiRi looked unreal in a sheer black dress layered with a dramatic jacket... effortless but extra in the best way.
Page Six also reports that guests captured sweet moments of her reaction, and she clearly had no idea what was coming.
