Ray J is opening up about a serious health scare and says doctors have warned him his condition is critical.
According to People, he shared that his heart is functioning at a very low level and that his overall health is unstable right now.
They note that perRay J, doctors told him his prognosis could be measured in months, which prompted him to speak publicly about what’s going on.
People writes that he acknowledged that years of hard living, including substance use, played a role and admitted he ignored warning signs for too long.
They note that despite how heavy the situation is, he’s asking for support, focusing on treatment, and trying to make major lifestyle changes moving forward.
