In the latest Eras Tour docuseries episode, Taylor Swift reveals that her mom, Andrea Swift, basically played Cupid when it came to Travis Kelce!
According to Page Six, Andrea saw headlines about Travis talking about trying to give Taylor a friendship bracelet with his phone number and thought that gesture said a lot about his character.
They note she called her cousin who knows the Chiefs and got a rave review: "Oh my God, he’s the nicest guy and he really loves his mom," which she took as a major green flag.
Page Six notes that Andrea then nudged Taylor to give it a shot even though Taylor usually didn’t date athletes and joked about how different the idea felt at first.
