King Charles shared a rare health update during the Stand Up To Cancer broadcast, revealing that his cancer treatment will be reduced in the New Year following positive progress!
According to People he said, "Thanks to early detection, the incredible work of medical teams, and the support I’ve received, my treatment can now be scaled back."
They note The King acknowledged how daunting a diagnosis can be, adding that "every diagnosis, every new case, will be a daunting and sometimes frightening experience."
People reports that he used the moment to urge others to prioritize screenings, calling early detection "the best possible chance of survival."
