Stefon Diggs has found himself in the midst of a new paternity suit!
According to Page Six, not long after Cardi B announced the news that the couple would be expecting their first child together, a lawsuit filed by Aileen Lopera has come to light.
They note Aileen claims that the New England Patriot is the father of her five-month-old child. The suit was filed in December 2024 while she was still pregnant.
Page Six reports that in the suit, she asks for legal and physical custody of their child. She also asks that her pregnancy and birth expenses and attorney’s fees be covered by Stefon.
