Kylie Jenner celebrated her 28th birthday sans Timothee Chalamet!
According to Yahoo!, Kylie celebrated with friends Hailey and Justin Bieber, plus sister Kendall Jenner, and more with a lavish birthday dinner!
They note the festivities were complete with a raspberry covered cake!
However, amid rumors the two have called it quits, Kylie's boyfriend Timothee was nowhere to be found!
Yahoo! reports he is currently filming the next Dune film in Hungary.
