According to Page Six, Kylie took to the comments section of a Tiktok where a fan asked her to share the details of her breast implant surgery!
They note the fan was gushing over how natural they look! She captioned the post, "Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner, I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully."
Page Six reports Kylie was happy to oblige! She took to the comments section writing, "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!!"
