Post Malone's custody battle is heating up!
According to TMZ, Post Malone originally filed custody papers in Utah, where he lives, where his child resides, and where she is enrolled in school.
However, they note Posty's ex, Jamie Park, filed in California just four days later! They note this is because California had more generous child support payouts opposed to Utah!
They note Posty's team has asked the judge in LA to dismiss the case citing that Post Malone, nor their daughter reside in California.
