Actor Val Kilmer has died at the age of 65.
According to People, he was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2014, which he recovered from, but ultimately passed from pneumonia.
They note that in his fight to beat cancer, he had a procedure on his trachea which had long lasting effects.
Val was best known for his work as Iceman in "Top Gun" and "Top Gun: Maverick" as well as "Batman."
