Benny Blanco is getting ready to settle down by ditching his bachelor pad!
According to Realtor.com, Benny has just sold his $3.6 million NYC condo! They note the sale of the 2,200 sqft. home comes as Selena and Benny recently closed on a $35 million Beverly Hills mansion.
The sale also comes not long after the two announced their engagement!
