David Beckham is bringing Mark Whalberg to court!
According to Yahoo!, the former soccer player is suing for $10.5 million claiming Mark "duped" him into becoming a global ambassador for F45 fitness.
David claims that as part of the deal he was promised shares of F45 which were delayed and only paid to him when they dropped from $12 to $3 per share. He now claims he suffered a financial loss due to the delay.
Yahoo! reports that Whalbergs team denies the "fraudulent conduct" allegations.
