Officers with the Wethersfield Police Department and Rocky Hill Police Department will co-host Tip-A-Cop at Wood-n-Tap located at 12 Town Line Rd Rocky Hill, CT 06067
From 4:00 PM – 8:00PM
During the event law enforcement will volunteer their time to work with restaurant employees and welcome customers, take orders, serve meals. All tips the officers receive will be dedicated to helping Special Olympics Connecticut.
Special Olympics Connecticut provides year-round sports training and competitions for over 12,000 athletes (individuals with intellectual disabilities) and brings athletes with and without intellectual disabilities together to play sports, gain physical fitness and develop friendships.
