Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek has died at the age of 80 after a hard-fought battle with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Despite announcing his diagnosis in March 2019, the beloved Canadian icon continued his 37-year run as host of the popular quiz show until his death. Trebek leaves behind his wife Jean Currivan Trebek and their two children Matthew, 30, and Emily, 27.
Producers of the show said his last episode will be Christmas day.
