Two Connecticut towns made the new "Money" list of the best places to live in 2020. Congrats to South Windsor and Cheshire! South Windsor was 12 and Cheshire was 28! The list was based on towns with at least 25,000 people, job opportunities, the housing market, cost of living and schools. Evans, Georgia took the top stop. Get the full list here.
