A new viral video has captured what could be a parent's worst nightmare. During a kite festival in Taiwan, a 3 year old child got tangled in the strings of a large kite. When a huge gust of wind picked up the kite, the child was hurled into the sky. Luckily, the the scary encounter was not long and the child made it back to the ground safely.
