In a surprising turn of events, the Ellen Degeneres Show is under investigation by WarnerMedia over accusations of problems at the workplace. A memo was sent to staff last week to inform them that the investigation was underway by the Warnermedia employee relations group and a third party firm.
Over the last several months, stories including one from Buzzfeed alleged racist behavior and bad communication. So far, there has been no comment from representatives from the Ellen Degeneres Show.
