Ciara's sun-kissed bikini pics are not the first time she's showed off her pregnancy curves. Last month she shared another backyard pic to her nearly 26 million followers, writing, "Selfie timer shoot kinda day" and even Halle Berry couldn't resist commenting, "Queen."
