How A Shelter Found Homes for Every Animal Ahead of Lockdown

As Wisconsin prepared to battle the coronavirus outbreak with a state-wide lockdown, the Wisconsin Humane Society worked hard to get their animals into loving homes. Before they knew it, every single pet available was adopted or fostered, clearing about 85 percent of their shelter. Only about 50 pets still too young or vulnerable remain, but those animals will also be ready to go home with families in the coming weeks.
