A curious little dog put her head through a spare car tire and then couldn't get it out. Animal services and the fire department were called in to help get the tire safely off the 3-month-old Australian cattle dog. They tried coating her head with mineral oil to slide her out the way she came in, but her neck started to swell and that made that approach too painful for her. Thankfully some amazing the fire department were able to cut this puppy free!
