Police in Brea, California arrested a drunken Santa Claus inside his car at 7:00 in the morning. The unidentified man in the Santa suit was transported to the police station and allowed to sleep it off in a cell.
Police tweeted a photo of sloshed Santa passed out and had some fun at his expense, writing a letter which read, "Dear Santa. I'm sorry I stole your red suit. I was drunk and made some poor choices. I know it's only October. And it's hot. Too hot for this suit. But I was drunk. Poor choices.”
