A 911 dispatcher got to meet the baby she helped deliver for one East Hartford family. A little less than a month ago Stacy Rosedale got a 911 call from the panicking father. There was no way they were making it to the hospital so Stacy was able to calm the father and coached him through what to do to help deliver the baby as she dispatched the paramedics were on their way.
Fifteen minutes later the baby was born and East Hartford paramedics entered right on cue as the baby arrived.
