Cardi B has officially announced her second album!
According to TMZ the rapper took to Instagram to announce the news sharing the cover art and writing, "AM I THE DRAMA? 🐦⬛ My new album is out September 19th! Preorder LINK IN BIO."
They note that Cardi's last album was released 7 years ago!
