Looks like Taylor Swift might be traveling the world to avoid the courtroom!
According to Page Six, Kimberly Marasco, a poet, has been trying to sue Taylor for $30 million after she claims Taylor copied her work on her albums like "Lover," "Folklore," "Midnights" and "The Tortured Poets Department."
However, Kimberly can't get to court since she can't find Taylor to serve her with papers (since Taylor has been traveling the world with Travis Kelce)!
They note this is actually the second time Kimberly has tried to serve Taylor as her first suit was dismissed because she couldn't serve the papers in a "timely manner."
Page Six also reports that Taylor has denied the allegations and is trying to have the suit dismissed.
