Miley Cyrus is stepping out for the very first time since getting slapped with a lawsuit for her song "Flowers."
According to Page Six, she was spotted with her boyfriend Maxx Morando at a Future Islands concert in LA.
Now, they report that the lawsuit claims that Miley copied Bruno Mars’ song "When I Was Your Man."
When she released it everyone was talking about how it was so similar, people thought is a response… but now a company that owns a stake in the song is suing her for plagiarism and hopes to have it so she can never perform it again!
Miley has yet to comment on the allegations.
