Amanda Bynes has been placed under a psychiatric hold after being caught roaming the streets of LA naked!
According to TMZ, Bynes was seen walking near downtown LA completely naked! They also report that she waved down a car and was telling the driver she was "coming down from a psychotic episode." TMZ also noted Bynes herself called 911 and she was unharmed during the incident.
