Anna Delvey's name isn't ready to leave the courtroom just yet! The real Rachel Williams, Anna's former best friend, is suing Netflix over her portrayal in the hit show, Inventing Anna.

Williams is suing the streaming giant for defamation and invasion of privacy, according to E! News.

E! News also reports that the suit says that Williams' character portrayal as greedy and "sponging off" Delvey (Also known as Anna Sorokin), is inaccurate. "In reality, she never did or said those things...Thus, this action is based firmly on statements of fact which are demonstrably false and the attribution of statements that she never made," read the lawsuit obtained by E! News.

Williams also claims certain scenes, such as the Morocco trip and the process of arresting Anna, didn't happen the way they claim.

Though the show always started with the tongue and cheek phrase, “This whole story is completely true. Except for all the parts that are totally made up," Williams is arguing her point that other individuals in the true story were portrayed under fake names or aliases, however she was not.
