After filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2019, Payless is eyeing a comeback in 2020! Earlier today, the brand shared a new teaser video displaying new products from Airwalk, Kendall + Kylie and more. They have relaunched as an online store with CNN reporting that they have plans to open 300-400 stores nationwide in the next 3- 5 years.
