Now that a 10-year gag order has been lifted,Jon Gosselin is blabbing.
In an interview the former star of Jon & Kate Plus 8 says, "It's time America found out the truth about Kate, she isn't the person you think she is."
Jon claims his ex-wife mentally abused their 15-year-old son Collin and sent him to a special-needs institution in Philadelphia for three years without telling him. He says Kate visited her son only three times and that he rescued the boy last year, after receiving a heartbreaking letter from the youngster.
Jon says he's finally speaking out because Kate wanted a "gag order" to silence him.
The couple split in 2009 after 10 years of marriage.
