Just a few days ago they were seen at their divorce attorney’s office resuming negotiations and NOW - it looks like their mansion just fell out of escrow!
According to Page Six, the estranged couple had accepted an offer for $64 million from a couple in New Jersey.
But, Page Six notes that it looks like the buyers had a family emergency and had to back out of the deal!
BUT - it gets worse….
Page Six writes that even if they sold the house for $64 million they’d still be losing quote a chunk of change after factoring in the new LA mansion tax, realtor fees and all the money (millions) spent in renovations.
They originally bought the house for a little of $60 million.
