The internet has been on a "nepo-baby" witch hunt lately, and amid all the drama, Gigi Hadid is owning it.
If you don’t know, a nepo-baby (nepo being short for nepotism) is someone who has basically gotten ahead because of their parents success.
In a recent interview with The Times of London, Page Six reports Gigi said she doesn't think she's the "...prettiest person in the world."
"Technically I’m a nepotism baby… My parents came from very little," she said.
Page Six reports she also said she knows that she comes from privilege, and said her parents always taught her, "Just because you have parents who were successful, it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t walk into the job being as nice and as hard-working as you can be."
The nepo-baby witch hunt all started after Vulture posted an article that name-dropped everyone in Hollywood who has reaped the rewards of being a child of famous parents.
Gigi is the daughter of model and RHOBH alum Yolanda Hadid and property developer Mohamed Hadid.
