Rihanna served up an iconic Super Bowl halftime show, but despite pulling out all the stops, the "Work" singer won't be getting a paycheck.
E! News reports that, apparently, the NFL doesn’t pay the artists because of the exposure it gives them, but just cover their expenses and production costs .
Rumor has it that this was also Riri’s big return to the music scene, and it looks like it's true! Riri opened up to British Vogue about the highly anticipated R9 album, 'I want it to be this year...Like, honestly, it’d be ridiculous if it’s not this year," she said.
