Paris Hilton is not giving up hope for her pup Diamond Baby!
Paris reported that her dog, Diamond Baby, went missing just about 3 weeks ago, but now she's saying she knows she's still alive!
According to TMZ, pet psychics hired by Paris are saying Diamond Baby is safe where is! But, Paris still wants to make sure she gets home safe and sound!
TMZ reports Paris wanted to raise the current reward to encourage people to come forward with any information, but her security team slapped that down saying it would make her a target for other pet thieves in the future.
