According to Page Six, the 61-year-old actress and the 33-year-old singer were seen in Cannes looking quite cozy!
They report that a source said, "Demi and Joe have struck up a friendship. They have mutual friends and they bonded." However, the source was quick to shoot down any rumors that things are getting romantic, though images of the two say otherwise.
