This has not been widely reported, as of yet, by any official sources, but the flight data appears to corroborate multiple reports this morning that United flight 325 out of Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks declared an emergency and returned to Bradley after multiple pieces of the Airbus A320 fell off of the plane upon takeoff, and possibly again on landing. This occurred around the initial takeoff of the plane at 7:50am this morning.
Flightaware's history of the flight shows that the plane never made it above 5,000 feet off of the ground, and mostly circled around the Springfield area before returning to Bradley International Airport safely.
More as we learn it will be updated here.
